  • ·         Drill 1 (Katy Perry ET): 6 min climb – 1 min stand 1 min hover
  • ·         Recover
  • ·         Repeat Drill 1 to Gimme More (Issue challenge to increase either speed or tension for round 2)
  • ·         1 legs to seated climb to standing climb – drop and sprint at sections
  • ·         Sprint pyramid 7 x 30 sec sprints
  • ·         3:55 jumps
  • ·         3:48 climb to heavy
  • ·         Cooldown
